Get a Round Tuit

A "round tuit" was the token
he gave to bring to mind,
that these words often spoken
reflect the state where me, he'd find.

"I'll surely get it done," I'd say,
"I do intend to do it."
though, it may be another day,
when I get around to it.

On my refrigerator door,
taped that round disk, printed, "tuit"
reminded me, in every chore,
I'd get around and do it.
