Chew or Do
It's of contention, bones we tend to chew,©09/19/2012 Carol Welch
results produced are virtually nil;
and droll, if not a useless waste of "do,"
when some real concrete work would fill the bill.
Potential "do' becomes procrastinate,
and burdens heap upon our mental backs,
the task , when finally engaged, is late,
and rushed attempt, a valid outcome lacks.
Now, all these words of "do or don't agree ",
move me to think of where to hang my plan..
When guided by prayer called "Serenity,"
I tend to get a feel for what " I can".
